Drummer Takeo Moriyama, who says, 'I like melody more than rhythm,' chose this melody himself.Recorded at a duo concert with Nobumasa Tanaka in 2011.Born in 1945, Moriyama's favorite thing to do was to sing.The melodies made his heart sing and the lyrics drew his dreams.When he became a high school student, he joined the brass band club and started playing the drums, chasing melodies and drumming out songs.His heart remained unchanged even when he made his debut with the Yosuke Yamashita Trio in 1969 and immersed himself in free jazz.After forming his own group, he is still fascinated by the melodies created by his co-stars.
