Carter Tanton (formerly known as Tulsa and current member of Lower Dens) has announced a national tour with the War on Drugs and Purling Hiss behind his forthcoming full-length, Freeclouds. The album features the enchanting vocals of Boston dream-folk artist Marissa Nadler.
