One of the signature tunes from Public Enemy's classic album "Fear of a Black Planet" has been retooled and renewed by some of the most cutting edge perfumers of this new century. Chuck D. (of Public Enemy), Dave Lombardo (Slayer), Vernon Reid (Living Colour), DJ Spooky, and Jack Dangers (Meat Beat Manifesto), have joined forces to bring a fresh offering of this classic track, which appears on the forthcoming Spooky/Lombardo Record "Drums of Death. Dave Lombardo and DJ Spooky have joined forces to create a new take on a classic track "B-Side Wins Again" by the explosive rap group "Public Enemy", featuring the unmistakable stylings of one of the Kings of Rap- Chuck D. Vernon Reid plugs in as well, drenching "The Art of War"with his own signature stylings. On top of this team-up, Jack Dangers, of Meat Beat Manifesto, lends his own unique skills as a producer to send this single into the stratosphere. Originally appearing on the Public Enemy record "Fear of a Black Planet", this track has been revived for a new century, with even more fist-pumping attitude than it's predecessor. Not to be missed by any rap, metal, or electronica fan. As a bonus, this offering includes acappella and instrumental versions, for use in any Dj's own home experiments.
